Jesus knew he would be killed in Jerusalem, and still he led the way. What characteristics does Jesus demonstrate here? Obedience to God and tenacity of purpose. He knew he would have to endure great suffering and death but still He willingly went to it to fulfill God's purpose in putting Him on earth.
