(lev19:18) But in John13:34,Jesus said, "A new command I give you:Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. In this new command, Jesus tells us to love others just as He has loved others. It is a a kind of love that is harder to do. It is a dying to self kind of love that is not natural to us. It is supernatural. It can only be done with the power of the Holy Spirit. Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment? Jesus call love one another an new commandment, because this is the first time begining from the entire old testamnet he gave emphasize about loving each other.

Why do you think Peter was so emphatic and yet so wrong about denying Jesus? It's the major characteristic of many people to be emphatic, yet weak to admit the truth when situation calls them to. Peter is just human with his weaknesses. The situation shows the very nature of people like us - weak. So we need God to intervene to make us strong.
