How does one, in our current day eat the flesh of Jesus and drink His blood? Thru the Holy Communion. And i believe reading the Bible, reading God's words and really believing in God, in Jesus, is also another way. Because Jesus said He is the bread of life and whoever comes to Him shall never be hungry nor thirsty.

The miracle of multiplying bread and fish tell us that when everybody was worried about what the people will eat, Jesus was not worried because he knows that his Father in heaven can provide everything. Do you know that worrying is a sin to God since by worrying you are doubtful to his provision. So when you are worried pray all the worries to God and he will do the rest.
