Why did Jesus forgive the man`s sins first, and heal afterward?

The man's faith in Jesus was so strong that he was delivered from the roof to be healed by Jesus. Sensing his strong faith, Jesus forgave the man's sin first because God has given Jesus all authority on earth to forgive sins.

Why did Jesus heal by touching the man with leprosy (a contageous disease)?

Jesus showed that he was not afraid of the contageous disease because He is the Son of God and He healed any diseases!

How does Simon Peter feel about himself, and how does Jesus change that?

Simon Peter fell on his knees as he felt that he must be sinful as he did not catch any fish. But with Jesus, he was amazed that with just His command, they caught so many fishes. Simon Peter acknowledged that Jesus is Lord and therefore Jesus told Simon that he will make him fisher of men.
