He showed himself to them to assure that they need not fear the Jews beacuse He is with them. Disciples got shock and frightend and they got dought some body taken Jesus body. Why did Jesus use the greeting. "Peace be to you"? Was there special signiificance in this greeting?

Why do you think Jesus chose, after he rose, to show Himself first to Mary Magdalene? Mary was loving too much Jesus and she was standing outside at the tombweepling because of that Jesus loved Mary after He rose to show Himself to Mary.
