Why did Jesus heal by touching the man with leprosy (a contageous disease)? The Son of God Jesus came from heaven for sick people that is why jesus touched the leprosy man .jesus shows his power ,glory and compassoin.When the leprosy man healed he report concerning spread much more and great multitudes came together to hear and to be healedby him of their infirmities.

How does Simon Peter feel about himself, and how does Jesus change that? Simon Peter felt unworthy of being near the Son of God and felt that he was a sinner. Jesus told him not to be afraid and that he thought he was worthy enough to be able to through Jesus bring people to God.
