Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment?

the Gods Nature is love and Jesus was the son of God,so he came to told us how important is to love each other.personaly when I love my neighbour ,friends and family I feel good ,happy and worthy and that are important factors to be a good person and I think God created humans with loving nature also ,thats why when we are angry or we are sad the life is agony for us.

What is the Kingdom of God?

I think the kingdom of God is in our minds when we spiritualy believe the presence of God in our lives and it is the state of perceiving the rightness and kindness of God and that is why Jesus is telling us that he brings good news that he can take us to the state of happiness and goodness.
