28 entries for this category: Well, it seems the parable represents the following: the vineyard is the Kingdom of God; the master of the vineyard is God; the servants represent the prophets; the farmers are the ancestors of the chief priests and the Pharisees; finally, the master's son is Jesus himself. Therefore, the Kingdom of God was taken from the priests and Pharisees because they had been unfaithful to God when their ancestors killed the prophets and for they themselves were plotting against Jesus. "Which of these purposes do you believe Jesus accomplished?" As for me, I think jesus came to demonstrate God`s love. To Demonstrate God’s Love "For God loved the world so much that He gave His only Son, that everyone who believes in him should not die, but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to be its judge, but to be its savior." - (Jesus quoted by John 3:16-17

"According to Jesus, what does it mean to be loved by God?" According to Jesus, one has to keep his word in order to be loved by God. "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him, and make Our abode (home) with him." (a17"; "> John 14:23) In addition to the above, it gives the opportunity for one to be connected to the holy trinity, God the father, God the son and God the holy spirit. Besides, those who are loved by God shall never perish and they become people who can enjoy God`s promises. "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and they shall never perish; and no one shall snatch them out of My hand." (a17"; "> John 10:27) This is because, God is faithful and he never fails.
