Why was the woman`s act so pleasing to Jesus? the act of the woman was absurd from the point of view of earthly man, because they could buy many things with the money for the oil, but, instead of that, the woman poured it on Jesus` head. Jesus was moved to see that that her love for Him pushed her beyond the barriers of reason, she love Him with great and sincere enthusiasm!
