What qualities of a child increases one`s ability to receive spiritually? How might you increase some of these qualities?

Spontaneous non taking for granted 'expectant joy when being promised we are given a gift? so not taking our room in Heaven for granted but knwoing that Jesus is preparing it. Not prepared it.And that we need to make oureslves worthy of it. Innocents like doves ... keeping the Baptismal dress of our souls we were given as clean as possible. Knowing taht if we stain it tatter it - more or less accidentally - the confessional is always there. Dont we dash off to the cleaners when we have stained our favorite church / important meets attire?

This is Jesus` sharp response to a trick question about divorce from religious lawyers. What does Jesus say is God`s role in a marriage? What motivation to stay together might Jesus offer a struggling couple?

He God created his creatures of two opposite and complementary natures so that lawfully united they could unite phsyically and propagate the human race. Physical union open totally to procreation is the bonding pillar of a Catholic Marriage.Mutual support being another extremely important one mutual commitment to care for the other in all storms of life. We come from sdo many walks of life...and God somehow brings two together...we have to look at Jesus and look for the stepping stones if we find sinking in deep waters. Ask for guidance. Pray. Understand. Did God put us on a certain path? did we have a choice? once the pshysical bond has been locked, there is no unlocking or better relocking with others as that would be adultery, even in the case of an adulterous partner. In the OT even poligamy was accpeted but Jesus said no. Though the you shall not commit adultery even with your thoughts are two very clear spelt commandments in the OT. What certificate are they talking about here? the old still valid? Jewish law? The Lord guides you whatever at each step.

Jesus exaggerates to makes the point that one should eliminate things that cause one to sin (disobey God). What things might you eliminate to be more spiritually healthy?

Its not the body per se what makes us sin but how we make use of it. Purity oif intentions and uprooting bad habits and thought patterns via confession.
