984 entries for this category: Jesus said if you went to be perfect go and sell what you have,because the rich man cherish what he have . it is very difficult for the rich man to enter into the kingdom of God,because he cherish things of the world. The disciples rebuked the little children because they feel that the children might be a form of disturbance to Jesus' minstration on that day because of their noise or crying and not capable enough to understand the mystries of His Holy presence. Jesus allow the little children because they are innocents and free minded ones, they are sin free, more also humbleness, meekness is their garment, and they don't doubt their leader. Why did Jesus tell the rich man to sell all his possessions before coming to follow Him?

Why didn`t the disciples want little children to come to Jesus? Why did Jesus allow the little children to come? Lack of formalities and ceremonies that to them felt like a lack of respect, but that was the fruit of deep enthusiastic open trusting love. Mass is another setting.
