Jesus will allow you to follow him if only you placed him first in your heart.Jesus saw they were not ready to fellow him that is why he was discourag them of fellowing him .

But every thing we should put God first before other things comes to mind.

upon all that the centurion knows they have authority in the city he also knows that Jesus has the most authority to heal the sick and bring back the dead into life again.

Jesus was impressed about the faith of the man ,he said speak your word to me that i may speaks these words to my servant that he may get well .the centurian let jesus understand that ,he knows he is the son of God and all power belongs to him.Amen.
