What is so good about fasting? Why fast? Fasting takes me back to the presence of God, whenever i feel that ther ehas been a gap created. When i fast, i feel stronger spiritually, and i can make wise decisions, because my mind is always focused. When one is seeking God, its good to fast, because the body is not so demanding.

Why does God appreciate prayers in secret more than public prayers? God appreciate secret prayer more as He already knows our need and when we pray in secret it shows that we in genuin need whatever we are asking.Praying aloud in public is something like hypocrites does.
