By not selling all his possessions, the rich man demonstrated that, although he was basically good, he could not part with his earthly riches to follow Jesus. As his riches on earth were more important, his riches in heaven would therefore be very small.

Just saying hello Just want to say hi to everyone as I haven`t checked in for a while.
I`m not sharing my thoughts just now but am praying that everyone finds they`re growing closer to Jesus through this course. I know I am!
So while I`m not finding the time to directly comment on what I`m learning, I am still learning. All the time. Thank you Jesus, my teacher and friend.
