How does being forgiven increase ones love for God? Note: According to Jesus, God`s forgiveness is motivated by love.

I was very hurtful to my mom, but she forgave me because she loved me. You will always be my son, no matter what you do or where you go. I suddenly realised how much I loved her. God loved me enough to forgive my sins, even before I committed them! 2000 years ago He gave His only son, to pay for my sins. The sins I`ll committ tomorrow.

When I`m very busy and stressed ''as I am right now'' I seem to drift away from Jesus. I`m in the middle of doing assigments and studying for exams. As well as this I`ve got a stressful job and two children demanding my time, money and patience ''wearing very thin''. My way of reconnecting with Jesus when I get into this place is to remind myself that I should be grateful that I`ve got all this going on. We only need to remind ourselves of the emotional and physical persecution and torture that Jesus endured for our sakes to be humbled and to put our daily gripes into perspective. Making time to daily reconnect with Jesus is the best stress reliever I know. Much love. xxx
