Jesus says if you love me love your neighbour as yourself. No one can deliberately hurt oneself, so we must strive to love one another and not hurt each other. Some of the sins are committed when we regard ourselves as more important than other people.

If we were to look at the things we do out of love for our families, friends, people who are famous and rich, then do those things for everyone then we will be obeying this commandment of loving other people like ourselves.
