What things should we, as faithful and wise servants, be doing while we wait for the return of Jesus?

We should keep and hold our faith in Christ Jesus because this is the only ticket into the Kingdom of Heaven. We should also stay awake as in being alert that any time the Son of Man appears, we have no excuses to be left behind.

How is it that the Christ is descended from David, and yet David still calls Him Lord?

The Christ was born of God through the house of David, because God had blessed David. Because it was the plan of God to bring His Son down to look like one of us, He has to choose the line of His convenant, and that was the house of David.

How does one love God with all his heart soul and mind? What does that look like?

Jesus said that we should store our beloved in Heaven because where one's treasure is, chances are higher that even His heart will be. In this way it can be easy to love God will all your heart, body and soul because all you have is in Him, therefore you shall always go to Him for anything. Our bodies are temples of the Christ, we should let Him use them, Give Him the highest and biggest part of our hearts, and of course let Him the be the sole proprieter of our souls.
