How does doing the will of the Father make people like relatives of Jesus?

Jesus said those who do the will of the Father shall no longer be called slaves, but friends to the Kingdom of Heaven. Some friends come so close and in turn become relatives. This also applies to Jesus. God said that all nations that are called by His name shall be His own people.

Why was it evil for the scribes and Pharisees to ask a sign from Jesus?

Jesus put in a lot of time to perform all the miracles the scribes and the Pharisees needed in oerder to believe. If these people could not believe the gosple, atleast they did not have an excuse not to believe the miracles. These were enough signs, and I think that's why Jesus was angry that He did more to make them believe, but they still insisted for more. He knew that they could never believe.

Why didn`t Jesus want those He healed to make Him known?

Jesus does His things in strange ways at times. I think He was only trying to test them, seeing if they could spread word about His power, or choose to conceal it. And because the chief priests were after Him, sometimes Jesus chose to work in secrecy, not wanting them to disrupt His ministry before the time comes.
