Why didn`t the disciples want little children to come to Jesus? Why did Jesus allow the little children to come?

The disciples did not allow little children to come to Jesus because they felt children were small, unimportant, noisy and of no significance in such a gathering where Jesus was. Jesus allowed children to come because He had a lesson to give about children. He wanted to teach about not discriminating someone due to age, size, intelligence, social standing because every human being is important in the eyes of God.
