1025 entries for this category: 1 As with all crowds, there would be curiosity with a geat number. 2 There would be a few with serious desease and problems, hoping for a cure or help. 3 There would be the Jewish leaders hoping to catch Jesus out in anything He said or did. 4 There would be people hoping for a leader to remove the yoke of the Romans. 5 There would be the true believers already believing that Jesus was the Son of God. 6 There would be the people who would be yet to commit themselves to Jesus. The religious leaders were trying to "protect their turf" by determining fault in Jesus. When these leaders were unable to successfully argue their principles of religion with Jesus, they sort a political solution. Jesus became very popular. People came to see Him from all over for all kinds of reasons. Can you list some reasons why the crowds could be following Him?

When asked about a religious practice (fasting), why does Jesus describe how old and new may not be compatible? This is a clear indication that the new teachings of Jesus were different to the old Jewish teachings and a "new attitude" was required due the birth of Jesus.
