In the temple and other places He dealt with people who formed their idea of Him on what He said and did. Jesus felt that nothing would change His countrymen' s opinion of Him. The wicked will be isolated with their wealth or wish of wealth. They will know the damage they have caused others and are filled with dispair. The righteous will be happy with many people who want to be with them. All confident of their future with Jesus Christ. Our whole lives are in preparation, for the various stages of our lives i.e. growing up, education and work. The end result in this commercial world is wealth & power. If we increase our focus to include an understanding of Jesus Christ, the end result can be everlasting life. How come the unbelief of His countrymen prevented Jesus from performing many mighty works amoung them?
