路加所著的耶稣传记——好撒玛利亚人的比喻 有一个律法师，起来试探耶稣说，夫子，我该作什么才可以承受永生。 (10:25) 耶稣对他说，律法上写的是什么？你念的是怎样呢？ (10:26) 他回答说，你要尽心，尽性，尽力，尽意，爱主你的神。又要爱邻舍如同自己。 (10:27) 耶稣说，你回答的是。你这样行，就必得永生。 (10:28) 那人要显明自己有理，就对耶稣说，谁是我的邻舍呢？ (10:29) 耶稣回答说，有一个人从耶路撒冷下耶利哥去，落在强盗手中，他们剥去他的衣裳，把他打个半死，就丢下他走了。 (10:30) 偶然有一个祭司，从这条路下来。看见他就从那边过去了。 (10:31) 又有一个利未人，来到这地方，看见他，也照样从那边过去了。 (10:32) 惟有一个撒玛利亚人，行路来到那里。看见他就动了慈心， (10:33) 上前用油和酒倒在他的伤处，包裹好了，扶他骑上自己的牲口，带到店里去照应他。 (10:34) 第二天拿出二钱银子来，交给店主说，你且照应他。此外所费用的，我回来必还你。 (10:35) 你想这三个人，那一个是落在强盗手中的邻舍呢？ (10:36) 他说，是怜悯他的。耶稣说，你去照样行吧。 (10:37) 路加 10:25-37

The Parable of the Good Samaritan
Behold, a certain lawyer stood up and tested him, saying, "Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?" He said to him, "What is written in the law? How do you read it?" He answered, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself." He said to him, "You have answered correctly. Do this, and you will live." But he, desiring to justify himself, asked Jesus, "Who is my neighbor?" Jesus answered, "A certain man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and he fell among robbers, who both stripped him and beat him, and departed, leaving him half dead. By chance a certain priest was going down that way. When he saw him, he passed by on the other side. In the same way a Levite also, when he came to the place, and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a certain Samaritan, as he traveled, came where he was. When he saw him, he was moved with compassion, came to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. He set him on his own animal, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him. On the next day, when he departed, he took out two denarii, and gave them to the host, and said to him, 'Take care of him. Whatever you spend beyond that, I will repay you when I return.' Now which of these three do you think seemed to be a neighbor to him who fell among the robbers?" He said, "He who showed mercy on him." Then Jesus said to him, "Go and do likewise." Luke 10:25-37
