Jesus died on Wednesday and rose on Sunday morning
There is a line of thought that Jesus died on the Wednesday. The Thursday was called a Sabbath because it was a holy festival day ''see Old Testament''. Friday and Saturday Jesus was still in grave. Then on Saturday night/Sunday morning Jesus rose. This then makes sense that Jesus was dead for 3 days and 3 nights. Which is the length of time that Jewish culture understood someone to be definitely dead and not in a comma. Why is this line of thought not talked more about?

Dates and times are guesses
This should be made clear on the web-site. It is absurd to put Jesus was in Gethesmene until 11:30. How on earth is that known?

Was Jesus trying to incite his death (eg. temple cleansing, accusation of leaders?)
Perhaps, but there were better ways. He did show no interest in being killed in secret.

The final hours
I finally got up the courage to watch The Passion of the Christ last night. It examines Jesus`s last 12 hours in-depth. I had been avoiding it for some time, but I recommend it. I was pleased to see that the Final Week was the lesson today.
