I don`t think he was trying to incite his death. It was God`s plans anyway that his Son would die for us and he would do so to forgive us from our sins. I think what he did in the temple was because he was fed up of seeing people acting like they did. Even if he didn`t act like this, he would die the same way on the cross

Absolutely! He was fulfilling the prophesies of the Old Testament just the way He was born to do. I STILL don`t understand why the Jews refuse to this day to recognize Him as the Messiah. Can anybody tell me why?

Why is the line of thought that Jesus died on Wednesday and rose on Sunday not talked about more?

Jesus died on Wednesday and rose on Sunday morning
There is a line of thought that Jesus died on the Wednesday. The Thursday was called a Sabbath because it was a holy festival day ''see Old Testament''. Friday and Saturday Jesus was still in grave. Then on Saturday night/Sunday morning Jesus rose. This then makes sense that Jesus was dead for 3 days and 3 nights. Which is the length of time that Jewish culture understood someone to be definitely dead and not in a comma. Why is this line of thought not talked more about?
