God Forgives Us Only If We Ask

It's by God's grace that we are always able to come before Him. He is ever willing to forgive us if only we ask and repent. Repentance is not by our own strength but it's by the power of His spirit. God said in His word that He is the one who watches over us that we may come before Him holy and blameless. God does not only forgives but He also cleanses us from all unrighteousness. Once we ask for forgiveness and repent, we are set free from all condemnation. Sin no longer has power over us. Jesus came to give life and life more abundantly. As we step out into His grace and give up our selfish needs, we are receiving the life of love, joy, hope and peace that Jesus is offering us.

HOW DO I KNOW REALLY THAT MY SINS ARE FORGIVEN, IF IT IS NOY BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CHURCH?

TO ASK JESUS IS NT ENOUGH BECAUSE WE ARE NOT SURE THAT GOD WILL HEAR MY PRAYER, AS THE JEWS USED TO SAY: "GOD DOES NOT HEAR SINNERS". EVEN IF WE SAY THAT WE ARE CONVERTED SINNERS, WE DON'T KNOW WHETHER WE ARE TRUELY CONVERTED OR NOT.

That while I was yet a sinner he died for me. even though I continue to stumble He is there waiting with open arms to hold me when I fall. he is also there to defend me from the darkness...HE is very strong and has won that BATTLE. I stand in awe of the LOVE he has and how he continues to bless me everyday.

To forgive and be forgiven only comes with the one virtue called love. With Love in our hearts and souls there is a river of forgiveness flowing and we are able to see and handle situations with forgiveness and compassion. God forgives us every single day , can`t even think how many times . We ask for forgiveness and fall and experience the love and forgiveness for our Father. So we if we have an intimate relationship wiz him should be able to learn to share that flow of love and forgiveness too. In that process, we do feel better and deinitely more at peace.
