According to the New Testament biographies of Jesus seen in the Gospels, Jesus claimed to be the Son of man. He was a man. He was also God.

According to the New Testament Bible, Jesus went to the Temple, which was the “church” of that time and in that culture. He taught in the Temple at times. But He also taught wherever He went and formed a church through His following.

If we take the definition of a church to mean the gathering of God’s people, the He had church wherever He went. 

Yes, Jesus did cook. In the New Testament Gospel of John chapter 21, Jesus cooked breakfast for His disciples after they’d had a hard night fishing. He provided the fish and cooked it.

Jesus was there in His resurrected state – He was risen from the dead. In this incident, there is no precise detail as to where Jesus got the fish. He may have caught it or He may have spoken it into existence.

Jesus fished with His disciples on the sea of Galilee. We don’t know if He hunted. There is no specific record of that in the New Testament.

According the biography of Jesus as seen in the New Testament Gospels, He was an obedient child. He obeyed His earthly  parents. He especially obeyed His heavenly Father. He died on the cross for the sins of mankind in obedience to His heavenly Father.

These passages in the New Testament Bible describe Jesus as an obedient son to His heavenly Father especially: Philippians 2:1-13 Matthew 21:23-32.

According the biography of Jesus as seen in the New Testament Gospels, He

obeyed the laws of the country. He believed in submitting to the authorities and would thus have been an obedient citizen. 

However, Jesus was first and foremost a citizen of Heaven. He would have always obeyed His heavenly Father above all. He would never have honored something that went against the higher commandments of His heavenly Father.

When a question about taxes was asked to Jesus, He miraculously plucked a coin out of a fish’s mouth and suggested that one should pay taxes. This was His famous statement on that subject: “Give to Ceasar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s”.

There is no record of Jesus in His human form flying. But He did ascend into Heaven after His resurrection, as stated in the Gospels in the New Testament Bible.

Yes, Jesus did walk on water.

When evening came, his disciples went down to the sea, and they entered into the boat, and were going over the sea to Capernaum. It was now dark, and Jesus had not come to them. The sea was tossed by a great wind blowing. When therefore they had rowed about twenty-five or thirty stadia, they saw Jesus walking on the sea, and drawing near to the boat; and they were afraid. But he said to them, "I AM. Don't be afraid." They were willing therefore to receive him into the boat. Immediately the boat was at the land where they were going.

On the next day, the multitude that stood on the other side of the sea saw that there was no other boat there, except the one in which his disciples had embarked, and that Jesus hadn't entered with his disciples into the boat, but his disciples had gone away alone. However boats from Tiberias came near to the place where they ate the bread after the Lord had given thanks. When the multitude therefore saw that Jesus wasn't there, nor his disciples, they themselves got into the boats, and came to Capernaum, seeking Jesus. (John 6:16-24)

Jesus also commanded Peter to walk on water which he was able to do as long as he looked at Jesus. When he took his eyes off of Jesus, he began to sink.

According to the sayings of Jesus found in the New Testament Bible -- and in conjunction with the Old Testament and the Jewish culture -- Jesus promoted purity.

He encouraged marriage and did not endorse people living together without the commitment of legal marriage.

However, He did not promote or favor celibacy over marriage or marriage over celibacy per se. Rather He encouraged people to either be married or be single. He encouraged them to live committed in a marriage relationship or to live singly. He did not endorse people living together. (This is reflected in John’s Gospel chapter 4 when He talked with the Samaritan woman at the well in Samaria).

Jesus always encouraged commitment and responsibility in relations – which supports the idea of marriage and fidelity.
