In what ways can we be watching for the coming of the Son of Man?
There are no signs by what we can say he is coming. We need to be prepared, ready, awake, not sleeping. Our Lamps filled with the word of the bible. LUKE 21:8 there are signs.

Jesus challenge to the disciples: 5000...500...5...4...3...2...Feed the world with only 1 Loaf...:'' Keeping our lamps filled with the oil of Faith and rolling up our sleeves like Father said shortly ago at Mass. Helping the needy. With that enthusiasm that he puts in the homily that energetic delivery that somehow makes you `forget` the words and spring into action like the 10 Virgins ready to trim the lamps.

In what ways can we be watching for the coming of the Son of Man?
By doing God`s will and seeking the Lord`s will with all our hearts, minds, bodies and souls. Keeping praying that the Lord finds you prepared for his coming and doesn`t find you doing the will of God. I pray the Holy Spirit guides you and keeps you in Christ Jesus our Lord. Remember Jesus is Lord and we are his bride, So be ready to recieve him at the wedding. Praise the Lord! Amen!

Once you are a believer in Christ, you should not looking back again. Prepare to do his will, He said `go on to the earth and preach the gospel`. For as much as he who recieve Him gave the power to become the son of God. We need to receive Him today and bide by his Command. Tomorrow may be too late.

If the foolish virgins in Matthew 25: 1 - 3 had not gone out, they would have stayed without oil in their lamp. What would have happened to them if the bridegroom had met them without oil in their lamp? Would He have allowed them in?

If we must make heaven, we must continously seek the face of the Lord. We must surrender our life to Jesus by keeping all His commandments. We must be prepared at all times to receive Him as no one knows the day or time of His coming. We must love one another just as He loved us and laid His life for us. We must lay aside anything that will make Jesus lock us out just as He did the foolish virgins'' Be prepared to receive Him at all times''

The Parable of the Ten Virgins

"Then the Kingdom of Heaven will be like ten virgins, who took their lamps, and went out to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish, and five were wise. Those who were foolish, when they took their lamps, took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. Now while the bridegroom delayed, they all slumbered and slept. But at midnight there was a cry, 'Behold! The bridegroom is coming! Come out to meet him!' Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. The foolish said to the wise, 'Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.' But the wise answered, saying, 'What if there isn't enough for us and you? You go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.' While they went away to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the marriage feast, and the door was shut. Afterward the other virgins also came, saying, 'Lord, Lord, open to us.' But he answered, 'Most certainly I tell you, I don't know you.' Watch therefore, for you don't know the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.
