When Jesus was crucified on the cross, the Romans placed a plaque above His head reading, "Jesus, King of the Jews." However, Jesus did not claim to be a king in the sense of worldly kings. On the contrary, Jesus told Pilate, "My Kingdom is not of this world. If my Kingdom were of this world, then my servants would fight, that I wouldn`t be delivered to the Jews. But now my Kingdom is not from here."
