Just as Jesus died and resurected for our sins, he shows us that there is hope for our sinful ways, 'just believe in him and the father'. Hope is what we need to carry on, and faith is what we believe in as we carry on. They both go hand in hand, never ending like our Lord Jesus Christ. What did you learn about Jesus` background that stands out or surprises you? I was really surprised to know that Jesus mother was a teenager,and even in that time women were regarded as second class people,Im touched by the whole sabbath issue ,i would like to learn more about the keeping of the sabbath,why do we keep Sunday as our sabbath,that Jesus was of humble parents,his father being a carpenter.
