约翰所著的耶稣传记——耶稣被捕 耶稣说了这话，就同门徒出去，过了汲沦溪，在那里有一个园子，他和门徒进去了。 (18:1) 卖耶稣的犹大也知道那地方。因为耶稣和门徒屡次上那里去聚集。 (18:2) 犹大领了一队兵，和祭司长并法利赛人的差役，拿着灯笼，火把，兵器，就来到园里。 (18:3) 耶稣知道将要临到自己的一切事，就出来，对他们说，你们找谁？ (18:4) 他们回答说，找拿撒勒人耶稣。耶稣说，我就是。卖他的犹大也同他们站在那里。 (18:5) 耶稣一说我就是，他们就退后倒在地上。 (18:6) 他又问他们说，你们找谁？他们说，找拿撒勒人耶稣。 (18:7) 耶稣说，我已经告诉你们，我就是。你们若找我，就让这些人去吧。 (18:8) 这要应验耶稣从前的话，说，你所赐给我的人，我没有失落一个。 (18:9) 西门彼得带着一把刀，就拔出来，将大祭司的仆人砍了一刀，削掉他的右耳。那仆人名叫马勒古。 (18:10) 耶稣就对彼得说，收刀入鞘吧。我父所给我的那杯，我岂可不喝呢？ (18:11) 约翰 18:1-11

Jesus Arrested
When Jesus had spoken these words, he went out with his disciples over the brook Kidron, where was a garden, into which he and his disciples entered. Now Judas, who betrayed him, also knew the place, for Jesus often met there with his disciples. Judas then, having taken a detachment of soldiers and officers from the chief priests and the Pharisees, came there with lanterns, torches, and weapons. Jesus therefore, knowing all the things that were happening to him, went forth, and said to them, "Who are you looking for?" They answered him, "Jesus of Nazareth." Jesus said to them, "I AM." Judas also, who betrayed him, was standing with them. When therefore he said to them, "I AM," they went backward, and fell to the ground. Again therefore he asked them, "Who are you looking for?" They said, "Jesus of Nazareth." Jesus answered, "I told you that I AM. If therefore you seek me, let these go their way," that the word might be fulfilled which he spoke, "Of those whom you have given me, I have lost none." Simon Peter therefore, having a sword, drew it, and struck the high priest's servant, and cut off his right ear. The servant's name was Malchus. Jesus therefore said to Peter, "Put the sword into its sheath. The cup which the Father has given me, shall I not surely drink it?" John 18:1-11
