约翰所著的耶稣传记——门徒回来 当下门徒回来，就希奇耶稣和一个妇人说话。只是没有人说，你是要什么？或说，你为什么和她说话？ (4:27) 那妇人就留下水罐子，往城里去，对众人说， (4:28) 你们来看，有一个人将我素来所行的一切事，都给我说出来了，莫非这就是基督吗？ (4:29) 众人就出城往耶稣那里去。 (4:30) 这其间，门徒对耶稣说，拉比请吃。 (4:31) 耶稣说，我有食物吃，是你们不知道的。 (4:32) 门徒就彼此对问说，莫非有人拿什么给他吃吗？ (4:33) 耶稣说，我的食物，就是遵行差我来者的旨意，作成他的工。 (4:34) 你们岂不说，到收割的时候，还有四个月吗？我告诉你们，举目向田观看，庄稼已经熟了，（原文作发白）可以收割了。 (4:35) 收割的人得工价，积蓄五谷到永生。叫撒种的和收割的一同快乐。 (4:36) 俗语说，那人撒种，这人收割，这话可见是真的。 (4:37) 我差你们去收你们所没有劳苦的。别人劳苦，你们享受他们所劳苦的。 (4:38) 约翰 4:27-38

The Disciples Rejoin Jesus
At this, his disciples came. They marveled that he was speaking with a woman; yet no one said, "What are you looking for?" or, "Why do you speak with her?" So the woman left her water pot, and went away into the city, and said to the people, "Come, see a man who told me everything that I did. Can this be the Christ?" They went out of the city, and were coming to him. In the meanwhile, the disciples urged him, saying, "Rabbi, eat." But he said to them, "I have food to eat that you don't know about." The disciples therefore said one to another, "Has anyone brought him something to eat?" Jesus said to them, "My food is to do the will of him who sent me, and to accomplish his work. Don't you say, 'There are yet four months until the harvest?' Behold, I tell you, lift up your eyes, and look at the fields, that they are white for harvest already. He who reaps receives wages, and gathers fruit to eternal life; that both he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together. For in this the saying is true, 'One sows, and another reaps.' I sent you to reap that for which you haven't labored. Others have labored, and you have entered into their labor." John 4:27-38
