路加所著的耶稣传记——十锭银子的比喻 众人正在听见这些话的时候，耶稣因为将近耶路撒冷，又因他们以为神的国快要显出来，就另设一个比喻说， (19:11) 有一个贵胄往远方去，要得国回来。 (19:12) 便叫了他的十个仆人来，交给他们十锭银子（锭原文作弥拿，一弥拿约银十两），说，你们去作生意，直等我回来。 (19:13) 他本国的人却恨他，打发使者随后去说，我们不愿意这个人作我们的王。 (19:14) 他既得国回来，就吩咐叫那领银子的仆人来，要知道他们作生意赚了多少。 (19:15) 头一个上来说，主阿，你的一锭银子，已经赚了十锭。 (19:16) 主人说，好良善的仆人。你既在最小的事上有忠心，可以有权柄管十座城。 (19:17) 第二个来说，主阿，你的一锭银子，已经赚了五锭。 (19:18) 主人说，你也可以管五座城。 (19:19) 又有一个来说，主阿，看哪，你的一锭银子在这里，我把他包在手巾里存着。 (19:20) 我原是怕你，因为你是严厉的人。没有放下的还要去拿，没有种下的还要去收。 (19:21) 主人对他说，你这恶仆，我要凭你的口，定你的罪。你既知道我是严厉的人，没有放下的还要去拿，没有种下的还要去收。 (19:22) 为什么不把我的银子交给银行，等我来的时候，连本带利都可以要回来呢？ (19:23) 就对旁边站着的人说，夺过他这一锭来，给那有十锭的。 (19:24) 他们说，主阿，他已经有十锭了。 (19:25) 主人说，我告诉你们，凡有的，还要加给他。没有的，连他所有的，也要夺过来。 (19:26) 至于我那些仇敌不要我作他们王的，把他们拉来，在我面前杀了吧。 (19:27) 路加 19:11-27

The Parable of the Ten Minas
As they heard these things, he went on and told a parable, because he was near Jerusalem, and they supposed that the Kingdom of God would be revealed immediately. He said therefore, "A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. He called ten servants of his, and gave them ten mina coins, and told them, 'Conduct business until I come.' But his citizens hated him, and sent an envoy after him, saying, 'We don't want this man to reign over us.' "It happened when he had come back again, having received the kingdom, that he commanded these servants, to whom he had given the money, to be called to him, that he might know what they had gained by conducting business. The first came before him, saying, 'Lord, your mina has made ten more minas.' "He said to him, 'Well done, you good servant! Because you were found faithful with very little, you shall have authority over ten cities.' "The second came, saying, 'Your mina, Lord, has made five minas.' "So he said to him, 'And you are to be over five cities.' Another came, saying, 'Lord, behold, your mina, which I kept laid away in a handkerchief, for I feared you, because you are an exacting man. You take up that which you didn't lay down, and reap that which you didn't sow.' "He said to him, 'Out of your own mouth will I judge you, you wicked servant! You knew that I am an exacting man, taking up that which I didn't lay down, and reaping that which I didn't sow. Then why didn't you deposit my money in the bank, and at my coming, I might have earned interest on it?' He said to those who stood by, 'Take the mina away from him, and give it to him who has the ten minas.' "They said to him, 'Lord, he has ten minas!' 'For I tell you that to everyone who has, will more be given; but from him who doesn't have, even that which he has will be taken away from him. But bring those enemies of mine who didn't want me to reign over them here, and kill them before me.'" Luke 19:11-27
