路加所著的耶稣传记——论爱仇敌 只是我告诉你们这听道的人，你们的仇敌要爱他，恨你们的要待他好。 (6:27) 咒诅你们的要为他祝福，凌辱你们的要为他祷告。 (6:28) 有人打你这边的脸，连那边的脸也由他打。有人夺你的外衣，连里衣也由他拿去。 (6:29) 凡求你的，就给他。有人夺你的东西去，不用再要回来。 (6:30) 你们愿意人怎样待你们，你们也要怎样待人。 (6:31) 你们若单爱那爱你们的人，有什么可酬谢的呢？就是罪人也爱那爱他们的人。 (6:32) 你们若善待那善待你们的人，有什么可酬谢的呢？就是罪人也是这样行。 (6:33) 你们若借给人，指望从他收回，有什么可酬谢的呢？就是罪人也借给罪人，要如数收回。 (6:34) 你们倒要爱仇敌，也要善待他们，并要借给人不指望偿还。你们的赏赐就必大了，你们也必作至高者的儿子。因为他恩待那忘恩的和作恶的。 (6:35) 你们要慈悲，象你们的父慈悲一样。 (6:36) 路加 6:27-36

Love for Enemies
"But I tell you who hear: love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. To him who strikes you on the cheek, offer also the other; and from him who takes away your cloak, don't withhold your coat also. Give to everyone who asks you, and don't ask him who takes away your goods to give them back again. "As you would like people to do to you, do exactly so to them. If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. If you lend to those from whom you hope to receive, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, to receive back as much. But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing back; and your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High; for he is kind toward the unthankful and evil. Luke 6:27-36
