About the life of Jesus Christ: Jesus Christ (also called Christ the king and Jesus the Christ) was born in Israel 2000 years ago. Modern civilization marks his birth by dividing time B.C. (before Christ) and A.D. (Anno Domini - or the year of our Lord Jesus Christ). For his first thirty years, Jesus Christ lived a traditional Jewish life, working as a carpenter. During this time, all of Israel was under Caesar's Roman dictatorship, including Bethlehem, where Jesus Christ was born, and Nazareth, where he was raised.

In his thirties, Jesus Christ began his public teaching and display of recorded miracles, yet still never travelled more than 200 miles from his birthplace. Over a three year period, despite his efforts to keep a low profile, Jesus Christ's reputation spread nation wide. The Roman governors and rulers of Israel's provinces and the leaders of the Jewish people (the religious counsels) took note of him. Jesus Christ's key messages included:

Jesus Christ's most controversial act was that he repeatedly claimed to be God, which was a direct violation of the Jewish law. Therefore the religious leaders asked the Roman government to execute him. In each of several official trials, the Romans found that he was not guilty of breaking any Roman law. Even the Jewish leaders recognized that other than Jesus Christ's claim to be God, Jesus Christ followed the Jewish law perfectly. Still the religious leaders, using the argument of political disfavor, persuaded Pilate, a Roman governor of the Southern province of Israel, to authorize an execution.

Jesus Christ was brutally tortured and then hung by his hands, which were nailed to a horizontal wooden beam (cross). This method of execution restricted the airflow to his lungs, killing him in three hours. However, according to more than 500 witnesses, Jesus Christ returned from the dead three days later, and over the next 40 days journeyed in both the southern and northern provinces of Israel. To many, this was conclusive proof that Jesus Christ's claims to be God were real. Then Jesus Christ returned to Jerusalem, the city where he was recently executed, and according to witnesses, he left the earth alive by rising up into the sky.

As a result of these miraculous events, the number of his followers increased dramatically. Only a few months later in that same city of Jerusalem one record states that some 3000 new followers were added in a single day. The religious leaders responded by trying to stomp out Jesus Christ's followers. Many of these people chose to die rather than deny their belief that their Lord Jesus Christ was truly God.

Within 100 years, people throughout the Roman empire (Asia Minor, Europe) became followers of Jesus Christ. In 325 AD, the following of Jesus Christ, Christianity, became the official religion of the Roman Emperor Constantine. Within 500 years, even Greece's temples of Greek gods were transformed into churches for followers of Jesus Christ. Although some of Jesus Christ's messages and teachings were diluted or miscommunicated through the expansion of a religious institution, Jesus Christ's original words and life still speak loudly for themselves.

I am a Messianic Jew and struggle with the sabbath keeping.I know that the sabbath day was changed by Pope Constantine around 325 AD from Saturday to Sunday. It was changed then to appease the pagans who worshipped on Sunday to honor their sun god. Constantine then allowed Christians and the pagans to worship on Sunday to bring them together so to speak. Most people and even preachers just say"we worship on Sunday because Jesus rose on that day".But in Hebrews 4:8 it says that if Jesus would have given them rest then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.The sabbath day is a day of rest and hallowed by God himself and is a commandment. There is not one mention or verse in the bible that commands us to keep Sunday as the sabbath and being one of the Ten Commandments...if you break one you are guilty of breaking them all.You can worship any day of the week but the sabbath is on the seventh day of the week and not the first.I know in todays world it seems really trivial but it was man who changed it and I trust in GOD and not man. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated...THANKS

To Dry My Tears a poem very special to me

The day you were destined to come into this world you decided you couldn't wait. You were born early but not the way I wanted, you were still born. This week if you had of lived, you would have turned twenty, but it wasn't to be this way ordained by fate

Still until this very day, your fate I mourn.Always a whole in my heart, an ache in my arms, for babes that were lost. Lost because of hypertension, definitely not a friend but a much dreaded foe. My heart, my very being ended up paying a tremendous cost.

Five more children suffered the same fate as you, I try to dry my tears, but they still continue to flow.Your brothers and sisters were lost to miscarriage, unlike them, I got to hold you. Just like any mother, I inspected everything including your fingers and toes. You unlike the others, you were a solid reality real, my baby, I ended up playing a overwhelming dues

Losing all of you, I will never except the fact that's the way things go.But you, I held you, when I said hello I also had to say good bye.

Twenty years have passed since then but there remains a whole in my heart. In reality the holes in my heart number five plus one, I still find no answers to the question of why. With each of you when you went so my heart divided into six painful parts. The disease almost took my life just as it took yoursI would have gladly die, if it meant that any of you could livedI feel so guilty because you never had a chance, if only for my disease there could have been a cure.

If there had been maybe some of you would have lived. But you, my Heather, I held you, inspected you, you were a reality, I held you after you died.

The others I also loved, but my arms still ache for you, even after twenty years. It seems just like yesterday when I kissed you good bye, but I did so with so much pride. You were a creation of love , very much a part of me, even after all this time I still can't dry my tears.

To Begin Happy Easter All
On this special day, that happens every year, we must remember a very special manA man that was part human and part spirit just as his father is, a king, an entity full of love and graceThis man showed love and helped others in any way he could or he still canA man that died for us, a man that took all sins upon himself, he died for us, so all sins of this old world in his own way, they may be eraced.Three days made this man prove he was Emmanuel, the true son of the Hebrew GodHe was foretold many years before his birth, by Daniel, I ssac, and other profits of oldCrucified, unjustly, just for being who he was, in his life, those that did not believe in him, thought he was strange, a little oddAt that time, no one knew how the impact of his death would take hold. This man, holy above all others, he was not ashamed to associate, with those that would be considered to be beneath himBut during his ministry, this man did not care, because to him all men were equal and the sameFor three years, he preached his message of love and tranquility, he didn't care if his future looked dimHe knew his destiny and in knowing this he only spoke the truth, this man never ever played games. He was betrayed by one of his own, when arrested, he did not make a scene, because he knew he had to die, to save you, to save meOn that awful Friday, he died a horrible death, his death was on a crossHe could have probably gotten way some how, but knowing is destiny, he knew he could not fleeHis followers at first did not at first believe, he would rise again, they thought what an awful loss. But on the third day, he told them he would rise from the dead, and he would forever be beside his father, within his father's domainThe women came to finish preparing his body for death, they did this because in the Jewish faith, they could not perform this act when Passover began with the setting sunThe women saw the rock rolled away from the tomb, and upon going inside, they found nothing, I wonder if they thought if they were going insane? Then it dawned on them, he said on the third day he would rise, realizing this they had to tell others, that this man was from God, the messiah, his only son.Two thousand years later we still reverence and respect to God and his only sonThe Christ, he died for us, to set us free from all human sinWe worship him, love him with our all, forever this we should do after everything said, everything doneJesus Christ, one lone man, the only son of God, he gave his all for us, so our journey to rebirth in God's domain could begin.
