If you had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, what would you discuss?
we should strive to live our life for Christ, to be close to Christ in all things that we do, not only in a one-to-one meal with Jesus, but in a one-to-one close personal relationship with Christ. When we awake praise Jesus, as we go through the day ask for Jesus` presence in our lives, to bless our food, to worship Jesus and thank God for giving us Jesus so that we may be forgiven, saved and be so loved.

as you all know jesus is also a good friend and so if we were eating together i would ask him many questions and talk like a true friend does but the most important question to me would be what is the meaning of life?

How does Jesus link intimacy to him with obedience to him? a New commandment?
Only by listening to Christ`s words, and folowing His teachings, are we able to be obedient to Him. Christ`s love is demonstrated to us many times throughout the day, and we need to be aware of these signals. When we decide to turn our will and our life over to Jesus` care, and follow in His footsteps, we are more receptive to His teachings and His will for us. We are becoming more in tune with His love for us, and how we should be serving Him. By obeying Him, we are closer to Him.

If you had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, what would you discuss?
I would ask Jesus many things, but first I would ask him what I would have to do to be closer to him. I know that if I accept Jesus as my Savior, and try to follow his teachings, I am accepted and loved by God the Father. Sometimes I am not sure that I have done this to the best of my ability. I would discuss evil with Jesus, and ask why so many people are filled with hate and so unwilling to help their brothers and sisters here on Earth. We would discuss His plan for my life also. I always try to live a God-centered life, but I am sure there is so much more I can do to truly serve Him. I need to somehow be more receptive to God`s will for me, for I pray for that constantly. I know that I need to learn how to do this, so that I am at all times aware that God is talking to me indirectly through other people and events around me.

I don`t know if I would be able to speak at all. I`ll be too consumed by His presence. But if by His mercy I can speak, I would thank Him for dying for me, a sinner, someone who has hurt Him so much, and He still loved me. I would was His feet as a sign of humbleness and gratitude

one and one meal with Jesus
supper is a better time for me to have a meal with Jesus, well first i ask him if he is looking at what people is getting on with, they behave like if you are not even exsisting in the world, you don`t see how the women walk the road with just a little peace of clothes on them, so what are they really saying to the younger girls comming up. I am glad that you show my grand mother the right way be bring me up so i don`t have to be like other women thank you for teaching to teach me how to pray and seek you, i will be happy if my children would follow you just as i am so thank you for having supper with me and hope you come again soon.

In a nutshell , I think it is total surrender irrespective of what the situations in your life are. Many a times we accept everything wholeheartedly when the going is good n when it gets rough , we question. Try to fix it ourselves even though we know its not in our hands and we ve given it to our Lord but still try to pull the strings and when the response we get is not as per what we wanted to hear , its a total let down for most of us. If our walk wiz Jesus is with the trust that he is beside you always n will carry you if need be to see you through as it says in the Footprints in the sand we have a total and complete relationship of Love , obedience and trust like a little child and his/her Father.

If you had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, what would you discuss?
It is a very nice one to think about. Actually brings a smile on to my face but cant find an answer. I think I will be so overwhelmed wiz excitement, joy, a bit scared cos I know of my failings and know that Jesus knows it too.I would be in tears definitely and speechless and can picture me on my knees toouching his robe. There was no discussion but just his forgiveness , mercy and a comforing look from Jesus.

If you had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, what would you discuss?
I would discuss to Him about how can you show you love to Him in every day activities. There are many situations when I feel I love Him but I don`t know how to materialize my love, I don`t know how to show my love for Him in everything I do and everything I feel. I will like to listen to Him talking about that for hours and giving me examples... like he did when he was physically among us.
