How does Jesus link intimacy to him with obedience to him? a New commandment?
Jesus link intimacy to him with obedience to him means Jesus wants us to pray more often to him. To have more faith and trust in him. To read the bible more often and understand His words. If we are able to do these, we will automatically be obedient to Him as we tend to understand what God wants us to do in our life and what God forbid us to do.

To have intimate relationship with God we have to obey His commandment. Without obedience it is impossible to Have relationship with God. His commandments is to Believe that He is the only one and true God and love Him with all our heart, mind and strength. By believing that Jesus is God and Love him with all we are and be obedience than Jesus will link intimacy with us.

He links intimacy with obedience to him by bonding love and acceptance, decision and submitting, that is if we love Him then we`ll decide to do whatever that pleases Him and not us, and this is submitting out of love. Jesus clearly clarifies that it is impossible to love''intimacy'' without obedience''submitting''. thank you n God bless you!

Firstly I will thank Him for how merciful he is to me, for all ha has done for me and for His wonderful love. And ask Him to give me more strength and courage to tell His true Gospel to other people who are unsaved, so that they can also see Hima nd Love Him more than I did. I will just look at His eyes and say How glad, happy and fortunate I am to be His child.

''Revelation 3:2'' He who believes, from his innermost body shall flow rivers of living water. Christ commanded we be like him as he said I am gentle and humble in heart; and you shall find rest for your souls. He further added that any one who loves me shall surely be loved by my father. Also that the father draws any soul he wants to use to himself.Love one another as I have loved you so that they that see you shall know you are my disciples.Remember the sheep that does not belong to this flock you must gather too with love so that they will become one flock under one shepherd.Jesus Christ.

How does Jesus link intimacy to him with obedience to him? a New commandment?
He who has My commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves Me; and he who loves Me shall be loved by My Father, and I will love him, and will disclose Myself to him. ''Jesus quoted by John 14:21''. Jesus asks us to obey Him and in turn He will love us for bieng obedient to Him for He knows that if we love Him truly, we definitely would keep up His commandments. This situation is similar to that of a child and his parent. When the child obeys the parent, the parent is so happy and knows that the child loves Him and in turn the parent also starts loving the obedient child, for the child paid its due respect to his parent by not only obeying but also by loving Him. The parent grows more and more intimate with him. Shares many things, Loves him, Helps him, Cares for him, Protects him, Does everything for him, gives His life for him because He knows that the child will never go away from its love and will be obedient. And even if the child moves away from the parent, the parent will chastise and make Him obey again for the parent knows what is good for his child. Similarly God also disciplines us and brings us back in love to obey Him. And during this growth of relationship, we feel a deep intimacy towards our Lord. I guess this is the way Jesus links intimacy to him with obedience to him.

If you had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, what would you discuss?
If I had one-on-one meal with Jesus, I would first bed for forgiveness of my sins, Beg him to remember my human nature that create weaknesses in me, the reason I go back to almost to same sins as ever always. I would thank him for ransoming me and plead he gives me the strength to remain steadfast in him. I shall ask him why he chose to allow the weeds to grow among the wheat. I will also ask him how he felt as a human when they nailed him to the cross. I think dining with MY LORD spiritually as I do renews my strength always. In the face of all odds he has been there for me. I will very much ask for his forgiveness for Europe and USA. They have been blessed so much so that they have forgotten their maker.I will lastly beg him not to shake Europe as he did to the USA in October 11th. as the trauma will be insurmountable.Lord you will make all hearts to be sacred, drawn to your father through you.After the meal I will request he blesses and turns all herts to him. where life is found.
