I do my very best to love everybody, even those who seem set against me. Sometimes my temper breaks through and I shout. I dont mean to, but I do. How can I stop this happening?

Why does Jesus call Love One Another a New commandment?
Look at it this way. The tablets of stone that held the 10 commandments were kept in the Ark of the covenant. OK, Jesus gave his life for us as a New covenant. So by loving one another as He loved us, are we not keeping that commandment in the New covenant? I`ll do my very best to try.

The greatest is Love
The love of God sets apart Christianity form ever other belief. This is the foundation of the Gospel - the love ''sacrifice'' that God made for mankind. god therefore puts us as believers in a position to learn from him and be empowered by the Holy Spirit to display this great love. By this we identify with Christ and are then are identified by others as christians. Jesus said You shall know them by their fruits and the greatest fruit of a christian is love. Love then leads to service, to serve your neighbor and to put needs in a position of last. Jesus was very outspoken on the act of serving and he went great lenghts to ensure the messagge was understood.

I do believe...I experienced
I do believe in Jesus Christ ..that he is the savior...that he loves us and came to serve us and died for our sins...I believe that what I ask from him is given..I believe in his words that he will be coming back....I experienced that feeling of closeness between me and the hily spirit..because I can feel my heart totally pressed lightly that I could drop a tear from my eyes...I missed that feeling ..that was when I started my christian life..before I backslided..

Why does Jesus call Love One Another a New commandment?
Perhaps because it is somewhat a summary of all the commandments. Because if we love God, we will love one another, and if that is so then we will not commit sin against God or against other people.

LOVE ONE ANOTHER BECAUSE JESUS CHRIST IS LOVE
Love one another because Jesus Christ is love. People can tell the true christians from the false christians because they love one another. I must love Jesus Christ to be a christian. Love God with your heart ''raphael to heal'', mind ''uriel light and thought'' and soul ''michael, prince of peace and prayer'' and strength ''gabriel art and communication''. Love gives freedom. Hate gives violence and oppression. Praise God, jesus and the holy spirit and obey the law. These two things give you a life of freedom.

Love One Another
If we loved our neighbor as ourselves their would be peace and harmony in the world today. Instead of the old thinking of a eye for a eye, tooth for a tooth!

"Whatever you want others to do for you, do so for them, for this is the Law and the Prophets." ( Matthew 7:12)

"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another." ( John 13:34)

'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.' "This is the great and foremost commandment. "And a second is like it, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets." ( Matthew 22:37)

Jesus said to Simon Peter a third time, "Simon, son of John, do you love me?" Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, "Do you love Me?" And he said to Jesus, "Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You." Jesus said to him, "Tend My sheep." ( John 21:17)

"If I then, the Lord and the Teacher, washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet. For I gave you an example that you also should do as I did to you." ( John 13:13)

"But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return; and your reward in heaven will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for He Himself is kind to ungrateful and evil men." ( Luke 6:35)

"Whoever wishes to become great among you shall be your servant; and whoever wishes to be first among you shall be slave of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve and to give His life a ransom for many." ( Mark 10:43)
