The angel Gabriel foretold Mary, the things which are going to happen. Hence Mary knew well that she is going to give birth to the son of God. Therefore Mary sung `My soul magnifies the Lord. My spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior`.

Herself the humble simple handmaid chosen by all powerful God she understands she is about to bear the one who will bring salvation and raise the humble and obedient and poor defeating the proud. As promised in the OT - she bears the old Covenant in her heart.

Mary understand that the Messiah, God the saviour of the world was in her womb. Mary`s said, My soul Magnifies the Lord my spirit rejoice in God my saviour, He was Mary`s saviour and she rejoice for that, and especially for his mercy in honoring her being made the mother of the Messiah.

Mary's Song

Mary said,
"My soul magnifies the Lord.
My spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior,
for he has looked at the humble state of his handmaid.
For behold, from now on, all generations will call me blessed.
For he who is mighty has done great things for me.
Holy is his name.
His mercy is for generations of generations on those who fear him.
He has shown strength with his arm.
He has scattered the proud in the imagination of their heart.
He has put down princes from their thrones.
And has exalted the lowly.
He has filled the hungry with good things.
He has sent the rich away empty.
He has given help to Israel, his servant, that he might remember mercy,
As he spoke to our fathers,
to Abraham and his seed forever."
Mary stayed with her about three months, and then returned to her house.
