Our uncleanliness
Our own uncleanliness can lead us to trouble and make us wander down the garden path to oblivion.  Asking God for forgiveness leads us to His light.   Be mindful of your sins, and be happy at all times.  Negativity is the door to sin, and sin leads to more sin, and more sin leads you to the Devil

We are all sinners in amny an area to different degrees. Only God knows the true depth of the pit we do fall in sometime. However deep the pit, if we call for his help...which father would give a snake...and if God will send his angels...:''

Mark`s Biography of Jesus - Clean and Unclean
It is so true that out of the hearts of men come the many vices of the world. Women follow suit, witnessing the debauchery of what men bring to this world. It will be up to God and Jesus to rule over them and us, using their mighty power of vison and insight into our lives. Amen!!!!

Sometimes my words come out of my mouth a bit too quickly. And they are not always kind or considerate to my Christian family. My mouth is such a downfall, either spreading gossip or speaking foul words, and I continue to pray on this matter. Each day passes and I feel closer to what God wants of me, and who He wants me to be. By reading Jesus` example it helps a lot. And by talking to God, I know that He is trying to mold me, not what I want to become, but what He wants me to become. I feel like I change on a daily basis, and generally it is on a positive note. The journey will be long, but well worth it. Mold me, dear Heavenly Father, and make me the person You want me to be. I want You to be proud of me and greatly pleased, as You are with Your Son, Jesus.

The things defile a man
Yes, I can recongnize that my heart is filled with many sinful activties listed by Jesus in this passage. I believed in Jesus and He cleansed me with His precious blood. I believe that now I am free from most of the sinful activities. Day-by-day I want to lead a good christian life. Man is born in sin and living in sin. His heart is full of sinful activities. Here, Jesus says that the things proceed out of the man defiles a man. Jesus is the saviour, and he who believes in Him wil be saved. They will be free from sinful activities. First, we have to repent our sinful activites to God and ask Him to fill our heart with Holy Spirit. Once Holy Spirit enters in our heart, the activities of flesh will be stopped. Daily, we have to read the word of God and give spiritual food to the spirit abide inside us. Then the holy spirit will become more powerful and we will be free from all sinful activities.

clean and unclean
I do recognize onething of these in my own heart such unclean is disobedience not only to my parents but also in some civil minor cases and it`s long time ago and i already confess it.This tradition of the elders that is mention of a lesson is no longer covered to the christians today Jesus christ was change this tradition of the elders, and he teach to us to feeds our hearts by spiritual values guided by the holy spirit and not by thinking always our needs physicaly to feeds our stomach or other body needs with material values, the christians who live in simple life has less wories and not prone to temptations but have a happy family life.

Clean and Unclean

Then the Pharisees, and some of the scribes gathered together to him, having come from Jerusalem. Now when they saw some of his disciples eating bread with defiled, that is, unwashed, hands, they found fault. (For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, don't eat unless they wash their hands and forearms, holding to the tradition of the elders. They don't eat when they come from the marketplace, unless they bathe themselves, and there are many other things, which they have received to hold to: washings of cups, pitchers, bronze vessels, and couches.) The Pharisees and the scribes asked him, "Why don't your disciples walk according to the tradition of the elders, but eat their bread with unwashed hands?"
He answered them, "Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written,
'This people honors me with their lips,
but their heart is far from me.
But in vain do they worship me,
teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.'
"For you set aside the commandment of God, and hold tightly to the tradition of men--the washing of pitchers and cups, and you do many other such things." He said to them, "Full well do you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your tradition. For Moses said, 'Honor your father and your mother;' and, 'He who speaks evil of father or mother, let him be put to death.' But you say, 'If a man tells his father or his mother, "Whatever profit you might have received from me is Corban, that is to say, given to God;"' then you no longer allow him to do anything for his father or his mother, making void the word of God by your tradition, which you have handed down. You do many things like this."
He called all the multitude to himself, and said to them, "Hear me, all of you, and understand. There is nothing from outside of the man, that going into him can defile him; but the things which proceed out of the man are those that defile the man. If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear!"
When he had entered into a house away from the multitude, his disciples asked him about the parable. He said to them, "Are you thus without understanding also? Don't you perceive that whatever goes into the man from outside can't defile him, because it doesn't go into his heart, but into his stomach, then into the latrine, thus making all foods clean?" He said, "That which proceeds out of the man, that defiles the man. For from within, out of the hearts of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, sexual sins, murders, thefts, covetings, wickedness, deceit, lustful desires, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, and foolishness. All these evil things come from within, and defile the man."
