What made Jesus` teaching so attactive to tax collectors and prostitutes?
Jesus attracted the tax collector and prostitutes in accordance to what he said by recommending them to the kingdom of God upon repentance. In addition, Jesus cares for those who believe and have faith in Him. Even today a lot of people do not want to repent and are left out into the kingdom of God. Jesus wants everbody to change his/her mind and accept Him as lord and personal savoir. Therefore let us believe in what Jesus said. Jesus came to die for us and took up all our sins and we are able to felloship with our God again.

What made Jesus` teaching so attactive to tax collectors and prostitutes?
Usually rejected and hated and pushed aside by people, they feel more than others the need and refreshing quakity of God`s mercy. No matter how gravew the sin you committed, if you believe in salvation and accept the Lord Jesus His Word and walk in his footsteps, yoiu will get to heaven, maybe with many a stumble on the way. But if you say yes and dont follow him you are also sweraing somethi fasle lying to the Lord. Better to say yes and then after a contriction and productive self paining meditation on your conduit follow in his footsteps - even more convincedly. With a stronger faith. You knwo what abyss you have so left behind.

If we show love and mercy,
Hello dear friends, Most people are going to miss heaven simply b`se we have not show them love as achurch and that`s why Jesus`s teaching was too attractive to sinners b`se he never condem them, he loved them, eat with them, show them mercy and this made them repent and love the lord.If we do the same today we can change lives of many people these young kids on streets most of them run away from home b`se they are not showed love and even the prostitutes and actually even the terrorists do all these funny , wicked things b`se noboday is there for them. But if we as achurch we can extend our hands and reachout to these people , you`re for sure going to see total transformation in this world.God bless you all

What made Jesus` teaching so attactive to tax collectors and prostitutes?
Hi everyone, You see in our society people take tax collectors and prostitutes as too sinfull which is not the case before. These people jesus wanted them b`se they loved repentance and this is what takes us to heaven. When you see the son who first refused to go in the vineyard of his Dud but later went. This implies that he re-thinked and thought of his Dud and afterwards did want he told him do.For any person to repent, he must re-think of how he has been sinning, and once this comes into there minds then they start to look for away out hence going to Jesus. Also being the fact that Jesus did not condem them but rather showed them love and mercy and forsure most people do alot of funny things b`se they are not showed love. But if we as achurch go out there and show them love, they can change and live for God.

What made Jesus` teaching so attactive to tax collectors and prostitutes?
Jesus teaching was attractive to the tax collectors and prostitutes, because He acknowledged their willingness to repent, to recognize and accept the prophets including John the Baptist. He likened the tax collectors to the disobedient child who later changed and obeyed the father, compared to the pharisees who promised nut did not obey the father.

The Parable of the Two Sons

But what do you think? A man had two sons, and he came to the first, and said, 'Son, go work today in my vineyard.' He answered, 'I will not,' but afterward he changed his mind, and went. He came to the second, and said the same thing. He answered, 'I go, sir,' but he didn't go. Which of the two did the will of his father?"
They said to him, "The first."
Jesus said to them, "Most certainly I tell you that the tax collectors and the prostitutes are entering into the Kingdom of God before you. For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you didn't believe him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes believed him. When you saw it, you didn't even repent afterward, that you might believe him.
