Baptism.

Water Baptism is a command to anyone who becomes born again.

Mark 16:15-16 says:

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Baptism is a direct act of obedience to Christ's instruction. Baptism is not for church membership, but an open declaration of our new stand in Christ. When you are baptized you are openly declaring that you have by faith "put on Christ" so that men may see Christ in you. The lowering of the convert completely under the water pictures Christ's death; the submersion of the convert speaks of his burial and the raising of the convert from the water signifies his resurrection.

What is the Baptism of the Holy Ghost?

The baptism of the Holy Ghost is an experience the believer recieves after being "BORN AGAIN". It is a promise from God to all those who believe in Jesus Christ. One of the initial signs that you are baptized by the Holy Ghost is that you speak in tongues.

Acts 2:1-4

And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place....And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Anyone who is born again can receive  the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

FAITH.
FAITH Faith is trust, hope and belief in the goodness, trustworthiness or reliability of a person, concept or entity. It can also refer to beliefs that are not based on proof (e.g. faith that a child will grow up to be a good person). We do not know for sure that, that child will grow up to be a good person, we do not even know if that child will even grow up, but we have FAITH. We have faith that with faith they will.  Understanding FAITH is very simple. Faith is belief, and faith is also what we believe in. Take this statement for e.g. We have faith in God that things will be justified in the end time. Therefore we have faith in God, which is also defined as faith that things will be justified in the end. What I am trying to say is Faith is belief. The ability to believe in something is called FAITH. Faith is also believing in something that’s unseen, and relying on that something, therefore GOD is also FAITH.Hence the reason we have faith in faith.  We believe in God.  Religious faith is a belief in a transcendent reality, a religious teacher, a set of teachings or a Supreme Being. Generally speaking, it is offered as a means by which the truth of the proposition, "things will turn out well in the end," can be enjoyed in the present and secured in the future. Religious faith appeals to that reality which is beyond the range of normal physical experience (e.g. the future). Some critics of faith have argued that faith is opposed to reason. In contrast, advocates of faith argue that the proper domain of faith concerns questions which cannot be settled by evidence. This is exemplified by attitudes about the future, which (by definition) has not yet occurred. Logical reasoning may proceed from any set of assumptions, positive or negative. In this view, faith is simply a positive assumption Shalom. Stay Blessed.

How does Jesus define greatness, and is caring for a little child an example of greatness?
Jesus defines greatness, by being humble. The way of servitude is the way to greatness, when we receive others in Jesus'name we receive him and his fatherin heaven.Jesus used alittle child to teach the importance of humility. The way of humility is the way to greatness.
