我要求父，父就另外赐给你们一位保惠师，（或作训慰师下同）叫他永远与你们同在。 就是真理的圣灵，乃世人不能接受的。因为不见他，也不认识他。你们却认识他。因他常与你们同在，也要在你们里面。 ( 约翰 14:16-17) 但保惠师，就是父因我的名所要差来的圣灵，他要将一切的事，指教你们，并且要叫你们想起我对你们所说的一切话。 ( 约翰 14:26) 人把你们拉去交官的时候，不要预先思虑说什么。到那时候，赐给你们什么话，你们就说什么，因为说话的不是你们，乃是圣灵。 ( 马可 13:11) 凡我所吩咐你们的，都教训他们遵守，我就常与你们同在，直到世界的末了。 ( 马太 28:20) 忽然耶稣遇见她们，说，愿你们平安。她们就上前抱住他的脚拜他。 耶稣对她们说，不要害怕，你们去告诉我的弟兄，叫他们往加利利去，在那里必见我。 他们去的时候，看守的兵，有几个进城去，将所经历的事，都报给祭司长。 ( 马太 28:9-11)
