马可所著的耶稣传记——防备法利赛人和希律的酵 门徒忘了带饼。在船上除了一个饼，没有别的食物。 (8:14) 耶稣嘱咐他们说，你们要谨慎，防备法利赛人的酵，和希律的酵。 (8:15) 他们彼此议论说，这是因为我们没有饼吧。 (8:16) 耶稣看出来，就说，你们为什么因为没有饼就议论呢？你们还不省悟，还不明白吗？你们的心还是愚顽吗？ (8:17) 你们有眼睛看不见吗？有耳朵，听不见吗？也不记得吗？ (8:18) 我掰开那五个饼分给五千人，你们收拾的零碎，装满了多少篮子呢？他们说，十二个。 (8:19) 又掰开那七个饼分给四千人，你们收拾的零碎，装满了多少筐子呢？他们说，七个。 (8:20) 耶稣说，你们还是不明白吗？ (8:21) 马可 8:14-21

The Yeast of the Pharisees and Herod
They forgot to take bread; and they didn't have more than one loaf in the boat with them. He charged them, saying, "Take heed: beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and the yeast of Herod." They reasoned with one another, saying, "It's because we have no bread." Jesus, perceiving it, said to them, "Why do you reason that it's because you have no bread? Don't you perceive yet, neither understand? Is your heart still hardened? Having eyes, don't you see? Having ears, don't you hear? Don't you remember? When I broke the five loaves among the five thousand, how many baskets full of broken pieces did you take up?" They told him, "Twelve." "When the seven loaves fed the four thousand, how many baskets full of broken pieces did you take up?" They told him, "Seven." He asked them, "Don't you understand, yet?" Mark 8:14-21
