路加所著的耶稣传记——耶稣为耶路撒冷哀哭 正当那时，有几个法利赛人来对耶稣说，离开这里去吧。因为希律想要杀你。 (13:31) 耶稣说，你们去告诉那个狐狸说，今天明天我赶鬼治病，第三天我的事就成全了。 (13:32) 虽然这样，今天明天后天我必须前行。因为先知在耶路撒冷之外丧命是不能的。 (13:33) 耶路撒冷阿，耶路撒冷阿，你常杀害先知，又用石头打死那奉差遣到你这里来的人。我多次愿意聚集你的儿女，好像母鸡把小鸡聚集在翅膀底下，只是你们不愿意。 (13:34) 看哪，你们的家成为荒场留给你们。我告诉你们，从今以后你们不得再见我，直等到你们说，奉主名来的是应当称颂的。 (13:35) 路加 13:31-35

Jesus' Sorrow for Jerusalem
On that same day, some Pharisees came, saying to him, "Get out of here, and go away, for Herod wants to kill you." He said to them, "Go and tell that fox, 'Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I complete my mission. Nevertheless I must go on my way today and tomorrow and the next day, for it can't be that a prophet perish outside of Jerusalem.' "Jerusalem, Jerusalem, that kills the prophets, and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, like a hen gathers her own brood under her wings, and you refused! Behold, your house is left to you desolate. I tell you, you will not see me, until you say, 'Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!'" Luke 13:31-35
